These Terms govern your use of the myfinance app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
This is the developer's End User License Agreement. Where it is silent, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, and these Terms supplement it.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal and family finance management. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.
myfinance helps you record and visualize your own finances and produces forecasts and AI-generated summaries. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Figures, forecasts, and AI responses may be incomplete or wrong; you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on. Always confirm important numbers against your bank or card statements.
The assistant and receipt scanning use an AI model. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors. You review and confirm any transaction, bill, goal, debt, or insurance entry before it is saved — the app stages a confirmation card; you are the author of the record.
Some AI features consume credits. Credits are sold as consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple, and may also be granted as a promotional welcome bonus or via gift codes. Credits:
Purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or granted by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us. If Apple notifies us of a refund, we may deduct the corresponding credits from your balance.
Do not use the app to break the law, to attempt to overload or attack the service, or to submit content you have no right to submit. Do not enter full card numbers, passwords, or government identification numbers; the app will reject card-number patterns.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your device secure.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on figures, forecasts, or AI output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer law provides otherwise.

本規約は、myfinanceアプリのご利用に適用されます。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。
本規約は開発者のエンドユーザー使用許諾契約（EULA）です。本規約に定めのない事項については、Appleの標準EULAが適用され、本規約はこれを補完します。
当方は、お客様が所有または管理するAppleデバイス上で、個人および家族の家計管理を目的として本アプリを使用する、個人的・譲渡不可・取消可能なライセンスを許諾します。本アプリの再販売、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布はできません。
myfinanceはご自身の家計の記録・可視化を支援し、予測やAIによる要約を生成します。金融・税務・法務・投資のアドバイスではありません。数値・予測・AIの応答には不完全または誤りが含まれる場合があり、依拠する内容の確認はお客様の責任です。重要な数値は必ず銀行やカードの明細でご確認ください。
アシスタントとレシート読み取りはAIモデルを使用します。出力は自動生成され、誤りを含むことがあります。取引・請求・目標・借入・保険の登録内容は、保存前に必ずお客様が確認カードで確認・承認します。記録の最終的な作成者はお客様です。
一部のAI機能はクレジットを消費します。クレジットはAppleが決済する消耗型アプリ内課金として販売されるほか、ウェルカムボーナスやギフトコードとして付与されることがあります。クレジットは:
購入は、法律で返金が義務付けられる場合またはAppleが返金を認める場合を除き、確定となります。返金はAppleが取り扱います。Appleから返金の通知を受けた場合、当方は対応するクレジットを残高から差し引くことがあります。
法令違反、サービスへの過負荷や攻撃の試み、権利のないコンテンツの送信に本アプリを使用しないでください。カードのフル番号、パスワード、公的な識別番号を入力しないでください。カード番号のパターンは自動的に拒否されます。
本アプリの利用にはプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。入力データの正確性と端末の安全管理はお客様の責任です。
当方は機能の変更・停止・終了、および本規約の更新を行うことがあります。変更後も利用を継続した場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、法律で認められる最大限の範囲で「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証もありません。法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、間接損害・付随的損害・結果損害、および数値・予測・AI出力への依拠から生じる損失について、当方は責任を負いません。法律上制限できない責任はこの限りではありません。
本規約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず日本法に準拠します。ただし、お客様の地域の消費者保護法が別段の定めをする場合はこの限りではありません。
