myfinance ("the app", "we") is a personal-finance app that tracks your income, expenses, debts, goals, recurring bills, and insurance, scans receipts, and offers an AI assistant. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.

The short version

• Your financial records live on your device, in a local database.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking. There are no analytics or ad SDKs in the app.
• Some features (the AI assistant, cloud receipt scanning, buying credits) send specific data to our own backend, and from there to our AI provider (Anthropic), only to produce the result you asked for.

What we store on your device

Everything you enter or scan — accounts (nicknames and optional last-4 of a card, never the full number), transactions, budgets, goals, debts, recurring bills, insurance policies, chat history, and receipt images — is stored locally on your device. Receipt images are deleted automatically after 30 days by default (you can change this in Settings); the structured data extracted from them is kept until you delete it.

We never store full card numbers, card security codes (CVV), bank login credentials, or your My Number. The app actively rejects card-number patterns before they are saved.

What we send to our backend (and to Anthropic)

The app talks to our backend at api-myfinance.zon.mn for three features. In each case we send only what the feature needs:

• AI assistant (chat): the text of your message and recent conversation in that thread, plus a summary of relevant account nicknames/figures, are sent to our backend and on to Anthropic to generate the reply. Account numbers and card last-4 are not included.
• Cloud receipt scanning: the receipt image you choose to scan is sent to our backend and on to Anthropic to read the text and return structured fields. The image is processed to produce the result and is not retained for any other purpose.
• Credits / purchases: when you buy credits, Apple processes the payment; our backend records the credit balance and usage so the feature can meter it. We never see your card or Apple ID.

We do not use any of this content to build advertising profiles or to track you across other apps or websites. Anthropic processes the content to return a response under its own terms and does not use API content to train its models.

Accounts and sign-in

You can use the app immediately with an anonymous account created on first launch. You may upgrade to Sign in with Apple, which keeps your account and credits if you reinstall or change devices. We store a server-generated user id and, if you sign in with Apple, the stable identifier Apple provides (and your email only if you choose to share it). We never receive your Apple password.

Your choices and rights

• Delete your account and data: Settings → Delete Account permanently removes your server-side account, credits, and usage records, and wipes the local database on the device.
• Receipt retention: Settings lets you shorten or extend how long receipt images are kept.
• Notifications: insurance and bill reminders are opt-in toggles in Settings.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be surfaced in the app.

myfinance（以下「本アプリ」「当方」）は、収入・支出・借入・目標・定期支払い・保険を記録し、レシートを読み取り、AIアシスタントを提供する家計簿アプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが扱うデータとその目的を説明します。

要約

• あなたの家計データはお使いの端末内のローカルデータベースに保存されます。
• 当方がデータを販売することはなく、広告やアプリ横断のトラッキングにも使用しません。本アプリに分析SDK・広告SDKは含まれていません。
• 一部の機能（AIアシスタント、クラウドレシート読み取り、クレジット購入）では、結果を生成するためにのみ、必要なデータを当方のバックエンド、さらにAIプロバイダー（Anthropic）へ送信します。

端末内に保存されるもの

入力・スキャンしたすべて — 口座（ニックネームと任意のカード下4桁。フル番号は保存しません）、取引、予算、目標、借入、定期支払い、保険契約、チャット履歴、レシート画像 — は端末内に保存されます。レシート画像は初期設定では30日後に自動削除されます（設定で変更可能）。抽出された構造化データは、削除されるまで保持されます。

カードのフル番号、セキュリティコード（CVV）、銀行のログイン情報、マイナンバーは一切保存しません。カード番号のパターンは保存前に自動的に拒否されます。

バックエンド（およびAnthropic）に送信されるもの

本アプリは3つの機能のために api-myfinance.zon.mn の当方バックエンドと通信します。いずれの場合も、機能に必要なものだけを送信します。

• AIアシスタント（チャット）: メッセージの本文と該当スレッドの直近の会話、関連する口座ニックネームや金額の要約が、返答生成のために当方バックエンドを経由してAnthropicに送信されます。口座番号やカード下4桁は含まれません。
• クラウドレシート読み取り: 読み取りを選択したレシート画像が、文字認識と構造化のために当方バックエンドを経由してAnthropicに送信されます。画像は結果の生成のためにのみ処理され、他の目的で保持されることはありません。
• クレジット／購入: クレジット購入の決済はAppleが処理します。当方バックエンドは機能の従量管理のために残高と利用記録を保持します。お客様のカード情報やApple IDを当方が見ることはありません。

これらの内容を広告プロファイルの作成や、他のアプリ・ウェブサイトをまたぐトラッキングに使用することはありません。AnthropicはAPIコンテンツをモデルの学習に使用しません。

アカウントとサインイン

初回起動時に匿名アカウントが自動作成され、すぐに利用できます。Appleでサインインにアップグレードすると、再インストールや機種変更の際もアカウントとクレジットが保持されます。当方が保存するのは、サーバーが生成したユーザーIDと、Appleサインイン時にAppleが提供する安定識別子（メールアドレスは共有を選択した場合のみ）です。Appleのパスワードを当方が受け取ることはありません。

お客様の選択と権利

• アカウントとデータの削除: 設定 → アカウント削除 で、サーバー側のアカウント・クレジット・利用記録を完全に削除し、端末内のデータベースも消去します。
• レシート保持期間: 設定でレシート画像の保持期間を変更できます。
• 通知: 保険・請求リマインダーは設定でのオプトイン制です。

児童について

本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としておらず、児童のデータを故意に収集することはありません。

変更

本ポリシーは更新されることがあります。上記の「最終更新日」が現行版を示します。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。
